Rooftop Foam Roller Stretch

We would like to welcome you to our Evening Rooftop Foam Roller Stretch and Happy Hour! Join Stephanie and Monique for 60 minutes of life-changing, height-enhancing myofascial stretching and strengthening on the roof followed by a hearty, delicious and healthy mezze platter prepared by Monique Costello (Happy Eats Healthy).

Virtual Personal Training

SD Rehab is now offering virtual personal training sessions! Led by our physical therapist Thomas Jung, these sessions will be designed specifically to help you with whatever you need.

$70 per 30-40 minute session
$80 per 40-50 minute session

Postural Pilates (Now Virtual, see above)

Mondays, 9:00am – 10:00am

Designed by a rehabilitation specialist with vast knowledge of the body's anatomy and natural alignment, this class can only improve your posture! Though a beginner's level class, we will challenge each participant to a new level. Using various small equipment and Pilates mat exercises you will increase your overall flexibility, learn where core strength comes from and achieve healthy postural alignment and strength. Not only will you look and feel better, you will prevent the wear and tear of our busy lives! Limit 10 per class. Call or email info@sdrehab.com to save your spot this week! Drop ins welcome when space is available.

Meditation (Now Virtual, see above times)

SD Rehab, Inc. is now regularly offering sitting meditation. This offering includes beginners instructions and guidance, and is open to the public and to individuals with any level of experience. 


Tai Chi For All Levels

Join Tim Chapman for 60-minute in-person classes of gentle motion and stretches. These classes are offered at 12pm on Sundays. For any questions or more information, you can reach Tim at tim@thrillingtales.com.


Yoga Flow For All Levels

Join Gina Fitzpatrick from One Key Yoga for 60-minute in-person classes of movement and yoga. These classes are offered at 11am on Saturdays and Sundays, and are also accessible via Zoom. Learn more about the classes here.


Studio Hatha Yoga

Join Whitney Pasch on Mondays at 12pm for 60 minutes of hatha yoga, a class accessible to anyone that has a basic understanding of alignment cues and can transition from the floor to standing with ease.  All classes will begin with a short breathing practice and body scan.  Expect a gradual warm-up, a series of standing poses, and gentle backbends.  This class may also incorporate balancing poses and sun salutations.  Whitney will provide variations for common injuries and medical conditions, and due to the small class size, each student will receive personalized cues and attention.  Students will be encouraged to move at their own pace and listen closely to their bodies.
