TRX

Total Body Resistance Exercise, or TRX, is a way to engage your whole body and develop balance, flexibility, and control. The variety and ease of adjusting the difficulty of exercises makes it great for individuals of all levels.

TRX is woven into physical therapy treatments to unload healing tissues, relearn movement, and ensure safe exercise while recovering from injury. After rehabilitation, TRX can be used for next level strengthening and conditioning.

  • Can be used at any physical level. You can work in any range (or avoid what you need to), get creative, and have FUN while you exercise.

  • It’s functional, and you don’t sit to train; most of us are sedentary, and TRX gives the opportunity to engage our body and mind.

  • You can also use TRX at home as a way to complement your rehab program.
